Shipping Within India
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders in India above is available. Orders may need to be signed for, so please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to receive it. You must provide your full address, including any special instructions, if required, as we will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing due to the wrong address. In case an incomplete address or phone number is provided, the shipping partner may contact you via email or phone to ask you for more information. If we are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address or/and phone number, we will attempt 1 more times to reach you before we cancel the order and refund the full amount.

Delivery Time Period
All orders within India will be delivered in 3-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address. Orders may get delayed due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Shipping Charges
Within India, Willow provides Free Shipping on all prepaid orders. For COD orders, additional fee Rs. 69/- is charged.
Order Status
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order. You can also track it from your account on the website by selecting ‘Orders’ and then clicking on ‘Track Order’ for the respective Order ID. It may take a few days for the information to be updated. In the meantime, if you want tips for clean kicks, check out our blog! Once the shipment is dispatched, you will be notified via SMS. In case of any unusual event which may lead to delay in delivery, you would receive an update. If you still have any questions, write to us at info@willowlifecare.com, and your issue will be addressed.
In case you’re not home at the time of delivery we know you have things to do, so you may/may not be home at the time of delivery. In case you’re not available to pick up your order, the carrier will either leave the package at your door or take it to the nearest center, In case of any queries feel free to contact us.
Deliveries will take place between Monday-Friday and if it’s not recieved, we will attempt delivering it 2 more times after which it will be returned to us. There will be an additional fee for further shipping attempts, or for any change of address after the delivery has been scheduled and you have received your tracking number.
For residents around the world: As much as we’d like to offer our services to you, our standard shipping methods restrict us from reaching you.
